The item weighs 4 ounces. The buyer paid $1.60 for this shipping but when I go to print the label it is $3.05. WHY?

@ss6724  You charged your buyer the price to ship with postage stamps, which has no tracking and no proof of delivery.  You would have to go to the post office and by postage for the item. 

All labels printed on ebay are package rate and come with tracking. 

On the listing form, you have to select PACKAGE and not ENVELOPE for the TYPE.
