Filtering search results via feedback score or feedback percentage

Is there a solution to sort/filter sellers by feedback score or feedback percentage after searching certain terms in the advanced menu?

If eBay's native search doesn't allow for it, are there any extensions or websites that can aid in this effort?

Thank you for your time.

Filtering search results via feedback score or feedback percentage

Hi @win-1005

eBay's native search does not currently allow filtering sellers by feedback score or percentage directly in the advanced search menu. However, there are some workarounds to help you find reputable sellers.

One way is to manually sort by seller rating. After performing a search, look for listings marked as "Top Rated Seller" since these sellers typically have high feedback scores and a strong track record.

You can also refine searches by filtering for specific conditions like "New" or "Used," which may indirectly help you avoid low-rated sellers who frequently deal in questionable products.

Some browser extensions claim to offer better filtering options, including the ability to hide listings from sellers with low feedback. While these aren’t officially supported by eBay, you can try extensions like "Hide eBay Items and Sellers" from the Chrome Web Store, which allows you to blacklist certain sellers.

Another method is to manually check seller feedback on their profile before purchasing. Clicking on their username in a listing will take you to their feedback page, where you can see their rating, recent reviews, and any potential red flags.

For those who regularly buy from eBay, saving trusted sellers can also be a good practice. This way, you can quickly check their new listings without sorting through questionable sellers.

If filtering by feedback score becomes a widely requested feature, eBay may consider adding it in future updates, so it’s worth providing feedback through their site. This is actually a great point to discuss with developers. We’ll bring it up internally and see if we can raise this question for future improvements. Appreciate the idea!
