Feedback Issue

I had a buyer purchase 8 shirts (all separate items). I gave him 8 positive feedbacks and later he gave me 8 positive feedbacks. Ebay only counted them as one new feedback score. Anybody else have this issue? Thanks in advance - John

Everybody has this issue.

Feedback left for items purchased (or sold) in the same calendar week from (or to) the same member only adds 1 pt to the member's Feedback Score.
