A Buyer left negative feedback stating they never received item. The tracking number shows the post office received package the following day and it was on its way. So I sent buyer a note with info on tracking and asked for a revision since the package was sent. I was assured this was going to be removed. But 5 months later the negative feedback is still there and it clearly shows the buyer received the item. Though it did take USPS months to deliver it. How can I get ebay to address when I cant even get them to contact me.
