I left neutral feedback for a seller, "Item not as described. Refund given" or words to that effect, and then received this Chinglish email suggesting I revise the feedback in return for payment.
My issue is that the seller is giving the impression that they are UK based, and the item is homemade. The item is not the size it states, and the quality is not the same as the photos.
