Hello. I purchased an item last week. Seller posted a UPS tracking number. I first noticed it was coming from a different city than what was shown on the listing. No big deal? Sure. I am also a UPS My Choice member which alerts me when I have an incoming package. Nothing from UPS saying this package is coming. The problem? The tracking number says it's supposed to be delivered to my city. Which means I won't be able to dispute it with eBay. This is a $180 purchase. Nothing to sneeze at. Also, the stats on the UPS tracking says the package is 5.5 lbs. I bought a tiny CPU that Amazon says weighs 1.6 ounces.
I go check the sellers feedback, the most recent one(from AFTER I made my purchase) says the tracking number they were provided was FAKE! Oh no!
Can I do anything while the package is en route to whatever address its being sent to? Or do I have to wait until it says "delivered" to open a case with eBay?
