What happened to search in the feedback area???  How can you now search for a specific buyer to leave feedback?

On your feedback page, near the bottom, you can go to "Leave feedback".

Thanks but not what I was looking for.  In the past to leave feedback eBay had a seach for putting the buyers ebay name and it would give me that person and all buys that do not have feedback yet.  Just  a few days ago, I notice the search bar is not there????  How can I search for a particular buyer to leave feedback?  I know how to leave feedback  but the search bar is gone.
