Editing Tracking Number

I got the weights on 2 shipments reversed. I voided the label I made the weight error on & purchased another with the proper weight on it. How do I remove the 1st tracking number from the order? My order tracking on ebay shows the words "multiple packages" & gives an edit option, but it doesn't allow me to remove the incorrect number. It only allows me the option to add more tracking numbers. I ask because it is holding my payment release up, because I assume that it is being considered that there are actually 2 packages being delivered & won't release the money until 3 weeks after never since there is only 1 package that has been delivered for awhile now .
