Edit button for Account Type

There is no Edit button to change the Account Type.

Also, I need to switch from the UK ebay to the USA ebay.

(I need a Business account in the USA and still use my business e-mail address.)

If you are switching to a business account (USA) from a personal account and you do not see the edit button to the right of the account type, try a different browser like Firefox.  There is a glitch with some browsers that don't show the button.

When you switch, be prepare to enter all your business information.

Note that each ebay account must have a separate unique email address.

Does you current account type say "Individual" like below?
