Ebay scamming on postage?

Why do they stamps I print out cost $.71 but ebay charges $.73?  I noticed this change today.  Ebay wasn't **bleep** sellers enough as is or something?

There was an Announcement yesterday that it's supposed to take effect Aug. 29.

I like how it doesn't say anywhere on the page where you are buying the postage that ebay is pocketing an extra $.02 per stamp.  A noob would think the postage just went up.  Very scammy.  **bleep** ebay, that's my two cents.  And I say that as a seller for over 20 years.  If it weren't an online auction monopoly, I'd sell anywhere else.
