EBay Coupon Code $20 off $100

This code is a scam. It does not work. As soon as I try to buy stuff without using the coupon I was allowed to make the purchases. Yet when I tried over 20 times spending over an hour trying to save $20 Ebay kept sending me an error message. So I called Ebay, they can not honor my $20 discount because I made the purchase already. I explained how I had tried over and over to use the discount coupon code but Ebay kept giving me an error message. Still no coupon deal. It is a scam and Ebay knows it is yet they still won't honor their deal. Shouldn't that be fraud? Help me EBAYERS...
