Difficulty with listing, both create new & Create Similar. Using Chrome HELP

I have been having difficulty with listing on Ebay since 2 months ago. I have been listing for years, but now when I CREATE SIMILAR, I either get the old pictures or the old info from previous listing. I have even tried New Listing .  I have contacted Ebay, but to no avail. Crazy thing is, is that I can list via my mobile no problem. But this is very difficult and would rather use my PC.   I have tried Foxfire and Chrome and have same problems. Any suggestions?

Thanks but to no avail... This is just their regular mumbo jumbo that does not work!  I do appreciate YOUR Response, though.
