Designer Listing

I need to figure out how to remove the "Designer Listing" from some of my listings. It is the Shopping Bag design from back when ebay gave sellers options to make their listings pretty or cool with a whole list of designs to choose from. As far as I know they are all gone and we no longer have the options offered, at least I have not seen them anywhere in a few years. They disappeared when the seller hub started coming out. Anyway, I am being charged a monthly fee every month I don't figure this out and I am hoping I can go into the html but honestly I have tried several times and failed... the pretty shopping bag always seems to come back. I have done sell similar. I have went into the html description and deleted everything, added a short description and yep, there was my pretty shopping back again. Help please! Do I have to delete the listings, re-take all my pictures and totally start from scratch or is there a way for me to remove the "design" and is this something an ebay specialist could help me with? Right now all of these listing are in my Ended file and I'm scared they will disappear. Thanks!
