Delivery instructions optional notes

Hello, can someone help me, recently I moved to an department complex, to get into de complex there are a gate with code, as I can see ebay don't give us option to put instructions in address section. How can I do to add instructions to delivery?

Ebay doesn't need to know delivery instrucions because Ebay does not ship/deliver anything. Obviously the package delivery people have a way to get in otherwise no one in your complex would receive packages.

I'd be dubious about cavalierly giving out my apartment complex's entry code.  Maybe my dubism is unwarranted, but I wouldn't do it.  I wouldn't want to be even partially contributory to someone – who turned out later to be a criminal – being able to get past a security measure.  How do the other tenants receive their packages?  Is there a superintendent on duty or something?
