I put in a data request for what I have bought from 2017 to 2020.  Will I see images of the purchases or just a description?

No, you won't see images. You'll see information from the listing in spreadsheet format. I'm not sure exactly what will be included - it may or may not include the description.

Thanks for posting that example! I expected that the description would not be included, but it's nice to have the confirmation (without creating a report myself and waiting 5 days to see what it looks like).

You are very welcome. The information in the report is not much more than you can often see in your feedback if you exchanged feedback for the transaction.
