Create template problem

Maybe I am blind but on this page (ebay dot com  /help/selling/selling-tools/selling-templates?id=4097#section1)  it says select Create new template.

BUT I do not see where there is a clickable called "Create a new template"

I clicked on your link and then clicked on this: Go to Listing templates in Seller Hub and select Create new template.

That took me to the page below that has two blue buttons to create new templates:

Thank you for your reply!  Do you know if it is possible to create a template from an active or unsold listing?

You can create a "listing" from an active, or sold listing, but you can't save it as a template. You could click on the "Save for later" button and that might be something that would work for you.

Click on the link below (it's one of your active listings). This option can be found beneath the photos in an active/sold listing:

> Sell now
