Collection Agency?? help

My name  Mark Beltran. I been using this ebay for awhile. I always use for paypal for payments. when I got home, I recieved a collection agency from Allied International Credit Corp. It says "The above referenced account has been reffered to our office for colection by EBAY, the creditor." and owe them $223.08...please reply back so i can give you reference number, 3 digit account number . I have to call JULIE TENGCO 844 440 8188. but please message me and tell me what you think. thank you
