Checkout problem

I have been trying to pay for an item located in the USA shipping by Ebay International in the last 2 days,  using both desktop and mobile phone.  Must have tried at least 20 times if not more!

Strange enough while I have paid for 2 other items also located in USA without any issues.    What could be the reason for this?

 

I've since contacted the seller who had taken off the listing and re-listing it again but didn't do much to help making payment.  

I read thru troubleshoot list from ebay and did everything that is needed.

 

Is there a phone number I could call?

Checkout problem

For help in Australia, use the Help page on the Australian eBay site:

Use the "Contact us" link and follow the prompts for your issue and you should eventually wind up on a page with a chat option. Choose that, and the last option that appears in the chat window -- use the "See more" option -- should be "Contact an Agent" to request a call-back if you are in Australia.

 

If using the "Contact us" link takes you directly to the chat assistant window, you may have to enter some context dependent cues to get to the call back link.
