As long as you have your phone number registered with eBay, they can call you so you can speak to someone at eBay. Click on the link below, then click on "Have Us Call You" between 5:00 AM and 9:30 PM Pacific Time. The link will be grayed out outside that time period. A representative will call back and you can talk to them about your problem. Usually doesn't take too long to get a call back. Since Covid, eBay reps have been working from home.
