Hello. I was recently dropped down to the "Above Standard" Seller Performance Rating due to what I believe is an eBay error. I tried calling eBay twice and I really don't think they fully understood the situation. Is there any way I can challange an eBay defect without having to call another representative?
Here's what happened to anyone that is interested: I was relisting items that appeared in my "Didn't Sell" tab on my eBay. Little that I realized, when I hit "relist" on my mutiple variation listings, they relisted every item on that listing instead of just the ones that didn't sell. I did not find out this happened until someone purchased a size that I already sold.
I think this is a misleading menu when it's offering to relist an item that didn't sell, in reality, some of them could've sold already.
Does anyone have ideas that can fix, what I believe to be, to be an inaccuate defect?
