Cannot void a USPS SHIPPING LABEL

I accidentally purchased 2 shipping labels from USPS thru EBay for the same item last night. Ever since last night whenever I try to void the label I didn't use it says TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES TRY AGAIN LATER. Is anyone else experiencing this? I understand I only have 5 days to get the void to work for a USPS label. What's my recourse to get my money back if it never allows me TO VOID the Label?

Yes, we have 5 days to void a USPS shipping label. 

You can try using a different browser OR try voiding it from the eBay Canada site:  www.ebay.ca/ 

That often works when there's a glitch.
