I recently sold an old telephone.
It got damaged in shipping, resulting in the buyer requesting a refund.
I took it back and refunded, but, now I'm out $75 and I have a broken telephone.
I used the expedited shipping. Is the item insured with this?
Do I have a claim, and, if so, how do I do this?

If you shipped with tracking and it arrived damaged, you should be able to open a damage claim with USPS using the photos uploaded by the buyer. However, since your buyer already shipped it back to you, they may not honor the claim if they need to see the item and original packaging.
