Well customer service at its best ebay.At approximately 11:35 AM I requested a call back and the message I received was 37 minutes and that was an acceptable wait period.Only one problem ,I AM STILL WAITING FOR THAT CALL BACK

If your callback number is a cell phone or VOIP or similar data phone, check whether your phone has a call blocking feature to block call centers or unidentified numbers.  The callback is going to come from call center routing equipment.  You'll want to disable that feature while waiting for an eBay callback.
