Bulk editing server problem

Hi, 

Trying to bulk edit handling time and when i select any quantity I get an error message that a large portion were not processed due to server error.

Anyone else have this problem?

Any quantity?

It sounds like you are trying to do a lot of listings at one time.  Try doing 10 or 20 to see if it accepts that amount.

If items are inside the final 12 hours of the listing cycle you can't make changes.

Yes I am trying to do 2000 or 900+ at a time. I have always done that many and have not had any problems.

(just changing my handling time to cover when I go out of town). Sure some don't go through because of the reasons you have listed but not 30% due to a server error. Never saw that before.

Tried 10 and 50 and they worked ok  but I have close to 3000.

Yes, I saw you have close to 3K listed ... well, perhaps sometimes the system bogs down.

@bud87   Have you considered using Time Away when you are out of town? Time Away updates your handling times.

I do use time away when I am gone longer than 3-4 days.

My normal handling time is 1 day so I have to change if I am

out of town and accepting sales.
