I have a buyer that has; 1) received the item sent to them (it took longer than expected) 2) continues to send me negative, unnecessary messages that are over the top unwarranted.
I have been as professional as needed to finish this transaction.
I have blocked this buyer from any further interaction, but CAN NOT FIND WHERE TO specifically block her from messaging me any further. It IS NOT covered in any explanations that I can find.
What can I do to block further contact with this individual??

If the transaction was recent, eBay will allow the messages to come through for a period of time. But in the message, you'll find a Report option in the Actions dropdown to bring it to eBay's attention.

I do not see that option. I have not been able to find it.
