Good morning, my name is Andrew Franchitti, user ID: andfranc59. I’m writing to you because I’m having issues with not being able to use my balance that I received from selling my items. When I try to purchase an item on eBay, I’m unable to see the option for applying my 90 day total towards any purchase. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

@andfranc59  You do need to first have a linked and verified checking account.  Have you completed those step successfully?

Then once you are eligible for spendable funds you will see the option on seller hub to sign up on this page>
