Automatic feedback issues

Is anyone else having issues with automatic feedback being left on purchases before your purchases ever ship?   My feedback setting are set to leave only positive feedback for buyers after they leave positive feedback.   Now I notice some of my purchases have positive feedback being left and my order hasn't even shipped.   The feedback messages being left are what gets sent to my buyers.   It just started happening the last two days.

Try clearing your browser history and restarting your computer to get rid of any bad cookies.   

I have not seen reports of this.  It doesn't mean it's not a new tech issue so you should report it to CS if clearing browser history doesn't help.

 

1. Select the live chat or call back option on the left hand side of this page:

If you receive a chat bot box you can also type AGENT to reach a live customer service agent.

If you are using a cell phone turn off the spam filter or it may block the call back

 

2. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.
