Automatic Assistant

Ebay ,  I think  like lot of your customers you should eliminate totally your AUTOMATIC ASSISTANCE,  IT'S just a total  waist of time and MONEY.

For days I had a need to talk to a team mate and haven't been able to thanks to the inefficient ASSISTANT.

YOU HAVE SUBCONTRATED TEAM MATE IN MANY CITIES IN AND OUT OF THE U.S. AND A SELLER IN NEED TO GET AND ANSWER TO MY CONCERNS

IS NOT POSSIBLE.

I HAVE A SHORT PAYMENT TO SETTLE WITH EBAY!!!

Automatic Assistant

eBay is not here; this is a user forum.

For general questions you can try asking on the discussion boards. Experienced users can offer suggestions.

You should be able to use the chat assistant to request a chat with a live agent or a call back in North America.

Use the Help & Contact link at the bottom of the page, use the "Contact us" link and follow the prompts for your issue and you should eventually wind up on a page with a chat option. Choose that, and the last option that appears in the chat window -- use the "See more" option -- should be "Contact an Agent" to request a call-back if you are in North America.

If you are sent directly into the chat assistant when using the "Contact us" link, you may have to provide some context-dependent cues within the chat window to reach a call back link for an agent.
