I sold an item that needs authenticated and funds to me are on hold. The shipping label I paid for only has the buyers address info. Am I supposed to just mail it to him? How does the card get authenticated? First time selling a larger valued item. Please help!

Is the buyer's address a PO Box? This is the most common reason an item does not go for authentication. The authenticator can not ship to a PO Box.
When you list an item that will qualify for authentication, you should exclude PO Boxes from your shipping locations. https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf

Thanks for replying! The address starts out with TC3 C/O then has the persons name an address and then a code evtn:########.
would this be the authentication address but just has the winners name listed?

I’m not 100% sure, but it certainly looks that way. I’m basing this on how I know eBay International Shipping works.

Yes, I agree with @glorybells this sounds correct. I have seen the reference to an event # in other posts about shipping to the authenticator.
