eBay’s authentication service has now lost two items I sold in as many months. Although I still get paid and my buyer gets a refund, the buyer doesn’t get what she wanted and purchased because of what I can only assume is a flawed process. AND it has happened to others enough that one buyer asked if there was a way I could bypass the authentication process and send it directly to her because she was afraid it would be damaged, lost, etc. So my question to this forum is ..”Have you had an issue(s) with lost or damaged packages when an item is sent to Las Vegas for authentication?
