Addressing negative feedback

I try to never leave negative feedback. Been on ebay over 20 years and have purchased thousands ( left less than 15 negatives in all of this time) but at times a seller can be so egregious that I feel a duty to leave evidence of a very bad sale. I had to leave a negative. I discussed the mailing. The seller responded with very abusive language. Ebay used to have a way to report things like this but I no longer see it. How do I alert ebay to this situation? Our interaction and issue can be reviewed via the messages. The seller said untrue, unprofessional and nasty things that I think violate ebay policies.
