Address for return items

Did you file a Request for REturn?  If you haven't, you should.  If you have filed for this, the return label the seller provides to you will contain the Return address.  Do everything through the claim to include sending your seller an email.

IDK why you need the seller to "confirm" their return to address.  Why is this important?  What is wrong with the address they gave you?

Go and take a look at your purchase history. You can find it on the top right of any Ebay page. Hover over the words My Ebay. A menu will appear, click on Purchase history. Find the transaction. Look to the right there is likely to be a large blue box you can click on that says Return This Item.

OR

1. Go to Purchase history.
2. Select More actions beside your item and then Return this Item.
3. Now you select the reason you are requesting the return for refund.
4. You have the option of adding a message to the seller.
5. Select Send request.
