Adding Another User

I am trying to add another user to my account but the "add user" button isn't to be found on my account. How do I fix this so I can invite my employee to run a section of this account?

You must first have a seller account to add an employee as a user. The employee must also set up an eBay account before they can be invited to access your selling account. Employees are then given limited access to specific areas of your account.
