Active offer question

One of my items shows "1 active offer."  When I look at the offer settings, I only see declined and expired offers.  Is there something that I'm missing?  How do I locate the "1 active offer?"

Thanks for the reply!  I don't see my item listed under Pending Offers.  The item in question had an offer that expired earlier today.  Is there a "lapse" between when the offer expires and when eBay shows the Active Offer no longer available?

The "1 active offer" is no longer being shown.  I'm guessing that there was a "lapse" between when the offer I extended expired and when the system "caught up" to seeing that there was no longer an active offer.  Thanks to ewsupply for responding to my earlier inquiry.
