eBay has restricted my account for 3 days for Penthouse Comix 2 (Signed by Adam Hughes)

that displays no nudity or anything sexual on cover while allowing other Penthouse Comix under the same category to display full nudity & other sexually explicit covers. A completely biased arbitrary action by ebay. How do I appeal this decision.

For a 3 day suspension, it sounds like ebay removed the listing, and you relisted it anyway.
