Is there any way to get that item back into returnable status? I have three items of clothing from the same order going back and I wanted to send them in one box with one shipping label. I didn’t realize you couldn’t do this p, so I had started to return something and then canceled the return. Now it looks like I have no way to make that item returnable again. Seller accepts returns but is no help.

I'm sorry this happened to you. But once you close a claim for any reason, you can not reopen it or start a new one. Your seller now has the ability to tell you yes or no on the return and Ebay will not force them to accept a return from you or even pay for return shipping now. However it is worth a try explaining that you made an honest error to your seller. They may work with you even without the claim being opened.

You cannot reopen a closed Return Request.

Thank you for your answer. I have been away from eBay for a while and didn’t know how things work. I think it’s terrible that eBay doesn’t allow you to reverse that. People make mistakes.

This is true, but really your seller should work with you. They can if they want to.

Hello! Judging from the interaction with the seller so far, I’m just going to keep the item and possibly try to resell it later. I will also return the other two items separately and pay each shipping as to lessen the possibility of any more problems. Even though one of the items has two flaws right on the bodice I’m not even going to bother with trying to get that shipping paid for. This will definitely make me think twice before buying again. It’s good to know I can’t combine return shipping without going outside “the system.”

Most sellers do work quite well with their buyers. Unfortunately you got one that didn't.
