Acceptable payment method?

I used to do a ton of buying and selling here. Been away for awhile. IT HAS CHANGED! Can anyone tell me if I can use Cashapp to pay or receive payment. It is a debit card, just not issued by my bank.

I do not want the hassle of signing up for PayPal again. I am pretty leery of just using my bank card.

Buyers can use many different payment methods to pay at checkout:

But sellers in the US must provide a checking account in the seller's name in order to receive payment from eBay.
