A buyer wants to return sheets due to finding cheaper in a store

She received these 2 weeks ago, and is admitting that they’ve been removed from the package.  I’m guessing she had them on her bed as it’s been 2 weeks.  I will not be able to resell these.  Am I required to honor this return of an item no longer packaged as brand new?

Yes you are. When your policy is to accept returns that means a buyer can return them for any reason including they found them cheaper.

They are supposed to return them in their original new condition.

If they opened factory sealed packaging you can deduct a small percentage from the refund. If they actually used the sheets then you can deduct up to 50% from their refund.
