Looking for help in identifying this object - the name of it, age, origin...etc. I believe it is Japanese...may go on the end of a monks cord- sash for a robe...? It is about 1 1/2 inches across in diameter. Has a small hole through it from top to bottom. Two carved lions and flower decorations.
