If you wanted to warn everyone you had 13 chances to do so, and you didn't....

You left 13 positive feedbacks for the seller when you could have left negative feedback to warn others, but instead you chose to leave positive feedback with negative comments, and it will only take a phone call to Ebay by the seller to have them removed.

You also put yourself in danger of being suspended by leaving those fake positives, as they are against Ebay policy.

As for fake bars of silver being sold out of China, nothing new there. Silver basically costs the same in every country in the world, why people believe they are giving it away in China is unknown to me.

As for placing your warning here, it may or may not be removed, but I'm sure it will not be seen by the majority of potential bidders who would have been warned if you had left negative feedback instead of positive feedback.

Leaving those bad positives was REALLY foolish. If you had just waited a week, you could have left negative feedback.

eBay has that restriction to help new buyers cool down and not leave negative feedback in the first rush of frustration.

Incorrect.

It is not a policy violation for a buyer to leave negative comments under a positive feedback rating.

http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/feedback-removal.html

Removable

Negative Feedback comments that directly contradict a positive rating. (When the comment is posted by the seller. This type of contradictory comment is not removable when left by the buyer.)

and 9 days later hes still listing and selling??? what the hells up the ebay????????

Sellers of fakes from the Pacific Rim are basically immune to ebay/paypal reversals due to the cost of returning the item with recorded delivery. They are a great money maker for the venue who is disinclined to zap the selling account. It would not matter much, there are 50 or more ready and waiting to continue.

Basically, buyers are "lured in" by the cheap price, only to find it will cost too much to return the fake.

So long as the money is rolling in, they are perfectly willing to let the scam continue and throw the buyer under the bus for same.
