Ebay keeps charging my account 35 dollars

I keep getting charged 35 dollars from ebay? For selling cost and which the person refurned the item. But ebay keeps charging my account and adding another charge when it doesnt go through .. id like my money back please??

Saving my listings.

I'm a snowbird and want to save my listings so I don't need to redo them when I return in the fall. I guess you could say archive them or put them in a cloud. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone else hate the eBay shipping? You get zero tracking from their tracking numbers. Status is literally unavailable at alltimes and one day your package shows up, but no way to really track it. Might as well just throw my stuff in an envelope...
