Can't see the maker's mark (second from right) well enough to tell you the maker, but your shakers are Norwegian, made of 830 fineness silver (which although solid is not sterling.) The NM at the end (far right) is the Norwegian designation for a registered design (like the US patent system.) 20th century.
If you could get a better picture of the maker's mark - maybe from a couple different angles - we might be able to help. I find that you can pick up more details of such marks by taking the picture from the side, rather than straight on.
