I've got these captain's chairs that I really like ... great workmanship, solid and really comfortable. But I'll be moving in 6 months and between places and ... well if they were worth a lot of money I might sell them.
I've spent over an hour looking around websurfing and I can't even identify the era or style and .. really haven't seen anything close to them.
They are solid hardwood, burled and beveled and bent etc .. mahogany I think.
Any pointers of descriptions ?
I'm curious if they have any odd value to them as they'd be so hard to make and seem like a rare style.

Queen Anne style, looks to be mahogany.
They are stunning.
I can't find anything like them in a search for a Captains chair. I also tried card table chair, game table chair, side chair & library chair.
I gave up.

They are not captain's chairs. Try carver's or simply c 1900 dining armchairs.

They almost look like a sheperds crook style. Lovely in their simplicity. Brown wood furniture still is a very tough market, and it depends on where you're located. Here in n. fla you might get $150-200 for the pair.
