Albertina Facsimile

It appears to be a gift shop rplica from the Albertina museum, Vienna. The original is a drawing by Peter Paul Rubens of Nikolas Rubens.

The framing is late 19th century but that is no guarantee that the print dates to then.

"Albertina Facsimile" sounds like some character from a Mel Brooks movie.
