1852 earthenware pitcher??

This vase is about 8” tall, and came from a relative’s estate.  There is an old note (4 digit phone number) inside with a rubbing of the mark on the bottom and interpretation of the mark.  The note says:

British Registry Mark:

Rd = Registered

IV = Earthenware

D = 1852 (year)

I = July

5 = Day of the month

3 = Bundle

July 5, 1852 = date your pitcher was registered

Are all of the above “interpretations” correct?  Is the PITCHER from 1852, or just the design of it?  If just the design, is there any way to tell how old the pitcher is?  Any guesstimate on value?  Thanks so much!!

please post a picture of the mark.  if indeed a legit british design registration mark the piece will be 19th century.  the date is the date that the design was registered (patented).  could have been made for several years after that date.  It is a basketweave pattern, very popular at the time and made by many companies.
