Antique Chinese Qing dynasty bamboo brushpot, 19th century mark?

I was wondering if anyone recognized this mark on this Antique Chinese Bamboo Brushpots.  Someone said it was from the Qing Dynasty.  I noticed on ebay that some are very high in price, but there may not be any identifying marks.  How would you know they are authentic if there is NO mark?  Hope someone could tell me something about this mark, or just open a discussion about bamboo brushpots in general.
