HI  ~  trying   to  find  any ID on this  figurine....i see  several   very  like  her  ....only   in a blue  dress on  the internet.........but  cannot  find   this  one  ......in a  red  dress...

is  she  rare...any info   appreciated !

want to sell  but  need  circa  etc... 7 inches  tall

forget to mention  ...hoping  her  tip of  pointer  finger  is  not  broke  off...she  has   stubby little  fingers .... i dont  think  its  broke  off...do you?   is  the red  dress  one  rare?
