I am not sureabout the letters. Is that 937 or .937. That number denotes the amount of silver in the brooch if I am not mistaken.
Hope this helps.

Thank you, very much....I usually can search items, but sometimes I get stumped....

with 937 I think, also with some research, maybe russian or german? hence the reason the lettering is odd and I cannot make it out...

I am unsure about the stones glued...The stone in the middle is purple and the others are clear and not clear...though I would be interested in what or who the maker is...here is a closer look....vintage? age?

I think you are reading it upside down. Turn it over and I think it says CZECH for the country.

I don't think its numbers at all. If you blow that picture up and turn it upside down the first line is CZECH and the second line is SLOVAKIA (but the s and ia are cut off.

I believe ann5059 is correct. Here's a photo of the hallmark from a brooch I currently have on eBay that is made in Czechoslovakia and it is split in half, very similar to that brooch hallmark.
CZECHO
SLOVAKIA

Yes, and '937' has not been an official silver grade anywhere, iirc.
