In our 2023 Winter Seller Update, we’re announcing new efforts to prevent unpaid items for Best Offer listings in the US—part of our long-term goal of completely eliminating unpaid items.
We’re also expanding the per-order fee credit to when you voluntarily issue a full refund to a buyer, and helping your listings stand out by making our Buy It Now listing upgrade for auction-format listings and the Scheduled listing upgrade free for all eBay sellers
We’re continuing to roll out eBay International Shipping, which removes the challenges and complexities of international shipping for US sellers, with no International shipping fee.
And as we continue to invest in making eBay a vibrant and trusted marketplace, we’re adjusting final value fees in some categories to help support improvements to our marketplace.
