As we move closer to fully resolving Seller Hub Performance tab and item specifics issues detailed in previous communications, we want to assure you that your listings visibility has not been impacted by our Oct. 15 category update. Your listings will not drop in search results and buyers can still search for and find your items.
You do not need to take any action for existing and revised listings. If you already entered an item specific in one of the old fields, your listing will not be blocked from publishing. We will be copying the value into our new required and recommended item specifics in the coming days so your listing will appear complete.
For new listings, please follow the prompts and fill out all required item specifics. In addition, we encourage you to fill out as many recommended item specifics as apply to your items so buyers can find your listings quickly and easily.
We are currently focused on resolving three outstanding issues:
We will provide a progress update on Friday, Oct 25. Until then, please continue to report any additional issues you are experiencing on this dedicated thread.
We appreciate your attention to these updates and apologize for any disruptions to your business.
Thank you for selling on eBay.

Seller Hub issue:
We have completed the backfilling of missing sales data between Oct. 12-Oct. 15 in the Seller Hub Performance tab. As the backfilling of data happens in stages, some sellers may experience an additional delay of data between Oct. 18 - Oct. 22. We are actively working on speeding up the process for those sellers. We will provide another update once fully complete.

We are working hard to complete this by Wednesday, Oct. 23, at which time you’ll be able to use all Performance tab reporting features.
Item specifics issue:
Sellers were unable to revise or create new listings in some categories. We’re pleased to report that sellers can now revise existing listings and create new listings, provided that required item specifics data has been entered.
